This is an SR "Foresee" card from the Pokémon Card Game VMAX Climax: Acerola set.
Condition
I put this card in a sleeve and a card protector immediately after drawing it and have kept it that way ever since.
To the untrained eye, there is a horizontal line on the card, but no discoloration.
I was collecting these as part of my collection, but I’ve decided to retire from the hobby, so I’m listing my collection items for sale.
