The shipping notice and the postmark on the mini letter did not match by a millimeter. Did you ship it? The day I asked if it had been shipped, it still hadn't been shipped. How could you have demanded to receive the package? LOL! Are you out of your mind?

The shipping date was way off. It was practically a scam, as it was shipped on the same day I sent the cancellation notice. Also, the packaging was messy. Anyone who wants to do business with peace of mind should not do so with this person.

It said it was shipped on May 12, but the postmark was May 23.

As mentioned in other reviews, the package was postmarked more than a week after the shipping notice. I can't say that the response was good, as there was no response to my comments. The packaging was minimal, just a single sleeve, so any damage during shipping was unavoidable.

One of the cards was out of the inner sleeve. I will never do business with them again.

Purchased 1080 yen (1 piece) including shipping 5/9 → 5/10 shipping notice → 5/21 arrival (postmarked 5/17) Sleeve is double-layered (no anti-breakage or wetting measures).

The shipping notice and postmark were not correct, and messages were not returned, I was also disappointed that my name was written incorrectly.

発送予定日が1〜2日なのに3日以降に発送をして、 遅れますの謝罪の言葉すらなかった。 結果的に商品が届いたのは1週間半後 発送予定日を誤魔化さずにちゃんとしてほしいです。

発送までの目安が1〜2日となっていますが嘘です。 12月31日に購入し、1月2日に発送通知が来ましたが実際に届いたのは1月8日で消印は1月7日でした。 また発送通知が来てから5日待っても届かず取引メッセージを送りましたが返信はありませんでした。
