It was new and unopened, but part of the contents had been removed. I received tidings that I would send the correct new, unopened package right away, but was told that it was not available because it was suddenly mailed to someone else. I was sold the missing contents, and if I had believed and kept the new, unopened package without opening it, I would have been in serious trouble. It was a disappointing transaction.
