This rating is given here because the card in the sleeve was placed directly into the envelope, despite the cardboard Fortify and the label stating that it was designed to prevent wetting.

Even though it was listed as shipped on thick paper Fortify and prevent wetting, The card was shipped in an envelope with just the card in it, so this is my evaluation.

The item was described as "beautiful" and in "A" condition, but there were clear white spots on the item, and since we were able to ship the item early, we will give it this rating. The light was shining on the spot, and it was almost impossible to see the white splash.
