I am the seller of the item, but the tracking information did not notify me of receipt even though the item arrived more than 4 days ago.
We were very worried about the transaction because we did not receive any tidings until we received the management's evaluation.
I purchased an item for 3-4 day shipping and received it over 2 weeks later. To top it all off, I was very surprised when Delay requested me to apply for a receipt evaluation even though the item was returned due to insufficient stamps. I will not use them again.
