Did not receive the item for 10 days after Tidings shipped.
My cancellation request was rejected because it had already been shipped, but over a week later I received the item.
I received a notice with the comment that it was sent on 9/1, but in fact it was sent later on 9/10. When I asked if the shipping date was correct, there was no reply, and when I applied for cancellation, the reply said that the shipping date was correct and that it was sent on 9/1.
I would have been fine if they had simply apologized and told me the actual shipping date, but they lied to me and I'm not comfortable with that.
