I made a purchase by mistake and requested a cancellation, but they sent me a Gan Pay No Heed with no reason for the Nix, and then sent me an envelope with the name of the person who made the cancellation on it, which was extremely rude. If they would at least write the reason for the Nix on the envelope, I would have been able to cancel my purchase by mistake.
