1997 Pokémon Trading Card Game
Set 3: "Secrets of the Fossils" Mew (Original Back Design)
ARS Grading: Grade 9
As part of an organization of my collection, I am listing this card, which I have carefully preserved.
■ Card Characteristics (Hologram Pattern)
While the hologram on the original reverse side is a one-of-a-kind (1of1) result of a printing accident, this card features an extremely rare arrangement where multiple rare patterns coexist in high density within a single frame.
・Triple Swirl Hologram
・Cross Hologram
・Big Orb Holo
The “Horn of Light” effect makes the entire background appear to float like a galaxy, harmonizing perfectly with Mew’s mystique. Housed in a substantial ARS case that beautifully accentuates its sculptural beauty and radiance, this is a specimen that can truly be called a vintage art piece from the ’90s.
■ Card Condition (Important)
While there is some off-center alignment typical of early print runs, there are no visible scratches, scuffs, or white spots on either the front or back of the card. The card itself maintains an exceptionally beautiful condition, approaching Grade 10. It has been strictly stored in a humidity-controlled cabinet, and the case is also in excellent condition with no noticeable scratches.
■ About the Transaction
To prioritize the early reorganization of my collection, I have set a special price below the general PSA 9 market range (120,000–150,000 yen). If you are ready to make an immediate purchase, I am open to discussing a small discount as a gesture of goodwill, so please feel free to contact me.
We will take thorough measures to protect against moisture and provide adequate cushioning, and ship the item promptly.
