What to keep
List of this year's sales (7 years)
Photographs of stamp bills
Screenshots of transactions when the price and date and time of the transaction are on it.
A chart or something that shows the price of the cards you purchased.
If you have something that shows this from the pack, how much you bought it for, etc., you can look at it for expenses. If you don't have it, you can't look at it as an expense.

Invoice
Invoice-related matters should be handled by the management.
If it is not more than 10 million yen, the invoice is not so much of a concern.
