I am Mewtwo, formerly of the R group in the back.

This card has received a PSA 9 from the Appraisal Institute.

It is a one-owner item that I submitted for my own appraisal. I did not touch it once with my bare hands and put it in the sleeve as it was returned from the grading agency.

It is an old card, so I don't think it will increase greatly in the future.

Being out of print for over 20 years, it is considered to be a rarity.
