This is an early Ultra Rare version of Snubbull Eyeshoe Wight Dragon, which was included in a starter box released in 1999.
The card is in good condition with a scratch on the top edge, but otherwise shows only light line scratches and other minor blemishes, no folds or dents.
Also included is a magnetic loader.
