This is a one-owner item that I personally submitted for appraisal.
It is sealed in a Qu Squirrel Tarpack as soon as it arrives.
PSA graded items may have white chips, scratches, dents, etc. even if they are the highest graded. In some cases, the case may already have scratches or fingerprints on it when it is returned from PSA.
I will try to describe what I notice in the pictures and description, but I am sure I may have missed something.
Please refrain from buying if you are too concerned about the condition to avoid trouble.
