I purchased this card myself over 20 years ago.

Steelix

There is a line scuff that can only be seen with the naked eye on the bottom of Steelix's chin.
There is a chip on the left side of the card that is the size of a needle hole.
There are no other noticeable befouls, scratches, chips, or slips around the surface.
Reverse side
There are some white spots on the left and right sides. There are some white splotches on the bottom as well. There is one needle-hole sized white spot on the top.
In addition, there is a linear rubbing on the bottom.
There is a pressure mark on the inside of the upper right corner.
There are no other visible befouls or scratches.
