1This is a Blue-Eyes White Dragon relief, dark blue gloss.
As you can see in the comparison photo, it is much bluer than the normal and blue-eyes white dragons that I own, so I think it is definitely a dark blue-eyes white dragon relief.

I think the coloring and condition are very good among PSA9s, although there are some chips on the upper backside.
