This is an Exodia the Forbidden One early Ultra Rare, enclosed in Premium Pack 1, which was released exclusively at the 1999 Tokyo Dome convention.
The card is in good condition with only some light line scratches and frame glitter, and no major damage such as folds or dents.
Also, the front side is cleaner than the back side.
