This card is without relief Fabricate.
It is not a counterfeit with a sticker on the top, but came from a pack of 151.

I am not sure about the market price or anything, but I am setting the amount I would be willing to give up for this card because it is quite rare.

B+ for play (with some scratches that cannot be seen if the card is put in a sleeve)
B with some creases and wrinkles
C with large scratches, large folds, etc.
DCards with scratches that can be seen when looking at the card.
