This is the Kokuba Alcremie deck used by Kagoyke Daisuke, the winner of the recent JCS.

It is probably the cheapest.

The deck features Training Court in the stadium to make the deck more stable.
It is built to be able to attack with either Budrex VMAX or Alcremie VMAX, depending on the opponent's deck and your own initial hand.
In addition, it features a variety of attackers such as Gengar&MimikyuGX and Trevenant&DusknoirGX. Especially, Gengar&MimikyuGX should aggressively target "Horror PsychicHauesGX" from the beginning.
As for the number of supports, I have seen many Budrex VMAX decks with 4, 3, and 3 copies of Professor's Research (Professor Magnolia), Marnie, and Boss's Command, but I use 4, 4, and 2 copies. I use 4, 4, 2, or 3 cards.
I use this balance so that I can use "Horror Psychic Hauce GX" together with Marnie on the turn I use Marnie.
