This is a Locomotiver promo.
There are some small light scratches and white spots, but there are no major scratches, folds, or tears, and the card is in good condition for an early card. I personally consider it to be a B+ to B grade card. The condition of the card may vary from person to person and is subjective, so please judge the condition of the card based on the pictures.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or complaints in order to prevent replacement.

We will pack them in OPP Squirrel Tarpacks after putting them in sleeves and top loaders.

I will try to ship within 2 days by Yu-packet, but in case of delay due to my own reasons, I will let you know.
