This is a promotional PSA appraised Football x Eevee distributed exclusively in England 5 years ago. there is also a Pikachu on the ball, but the Eevee is more popular and higher priced. This is a rare card in the Japanese market, so it's a card that will increase in value just by having it. The card is also hard to find in the current market, and since it is an Umi foreign edition, it is difficult to obtain PSA 10 due to initial scratches and other factors. (I am selling this item in tears because there are some cards I want to collect in Pure. The cards have been kept in a dark place and have been carefully cared for.)
