This is a very rare Psychic, and while there are a crazy amount of baseset2 and 1ed ones out there, as you know, this Charizard English version is the only Charizard available on baseset, which is almost never on the market. We gave it a rating of 5 because we had to submit it to the PSA for certification of authenticity. This is an expensive Charizard with great future value.
