[Condition Guide]
If no condition is specified in the product name, the condition will be classified according to our store’s standards as Near Mint (NM) to Near Mint Minus (NM-).
Please note that all these classifications are based on our store’s standards.

Near Mint (NM)
Most cards are in this condition immediately after the pack is opened. They are in excellent condition.

Near Mint Minus (NM-)
The condition is slightly inferior to Near Mint, but not enough to warrant a full grade lower. These cards may have minor scratches, wear, etc. (including original manufacturing characteristics).
We treat these as “in excellent condition,” but they do have slight scratches.

*As a general rule, we classify cards as [NM] to [NM-] if they are warped due to moisture absorption or dehumidification, or if we determine that the print orientation or aspect ratio is a result of the manufacturing process.


Excellent Plus (EX+)
Condition where the card’s edges or surface have small scratches, scuffs, or mild discoloration. It is believed that a significant portion of the total number of cards circulating in the secondhand market are in EX+ condition.
It is believed that the vast majority of these cards do not have a "Stand" grade.
Unless you are very particular about card condition, we recommend these cards as they are cheaper than NM to NM-.

Excellent (EX)
Condition where there are scratches, scuffs, discoloration, or small dents on the card’s edges or surface.
While not in tatters, this is a condition that most people would consider a “damaged” card.

Played (PLD)
A condition where the card has scratches, scuffs, stains, dents, and some creases.
It’s fine for use in games, but we do not recommend it for collectors.

Heavy Played (HPLD)
A condition where the card has scratches over its entire surface, large scratches in some areas, scuffs, creases, or dents.
While it is fine for use in games when placed in a colored sleeve, we do not recommend it for collectors.

Poor (POOR)
Condition featuring very large scratches, scuffs, stains, creases, dents, tears, peeling, water damage, etc.
Not recommended for collectors.

In addition to the condition descriptions above, the following supplementary notations may be added:
Plus (+) – The card is in better condition than the listed grade, but not good enough to qualify for the next higher grade.
Minus (–) – The card is in worse condition than the listed grade, but not bad enough to fall into the next lower grade.

Inked
The card shows traces of corrections made with a pen or similar writing instrument.

Signed
A card bearing a signature.

Stamped
A card bearing a stamp.
