We have a tendency to find a few customers with a zero rating who have incomplete addresses (mainly missing street addresses and room numbers).

We will send out a Probe for items that have been in the mail for a week, but if the item is lost, we will not accept a Probe for the item.
If the item is lost, we will not accept the evaluation. If we receive the item as a result of a probe, we will report it to you because we have no choice but to judge it as a dark quality item.
