If you are paying at a convenience store/ATM, please make your payment within 24 hours of purchase. If a cancellation request is approved without any comments after a certain period of time, we may block your request.

Shipping notification will be sent immediately after the package is placed in the mailbox.
The postmark date may be slightly delayed depending on the business days of the post office.

If an item is returned due to the buyer's fault (e.g., address omission)
If the item is returned due to the purchaser's fault (e.g., omission of address information), we will pay cash on delivery when we resend the item.
