I have owned this card since it was first released.
It has been kept in sleeve storage, but as it is an old item, the condition is described as "slightly scratched and befoul".
In my opinion, it is a beautiful item about NM-.
There is no seam on the Foil.

Please note that there is no warpage which is characteristic of outbreak of Foil due to aging.
