This is a Blue-Eyes White Dragon Ultimate Rare Dark Blue Gloss ver, which was included in the Spell of Masks released in 2001.
This is a very rare one, which is called "Blue-Eyes White Dragon Ultimate Rare". Please refer to the photo below for a comparison with the normal relief. The card on the left in the comparison is not included in this item.
Some people have recently been selling this item falsely claiming it to be blue-gloss, but this is a genuine blue-gloss piece.
The card has scratches on both upper corners, a scratch under the eye, a white chip on the left edge, and a scratch near the lower right corner.
There are also some minor scratches and white chips.
This piece has a very dark color characteristic of dark blue gloss relief.
Also included is a magnetic loader.
