[Condition Guide]
If no condition is specified in the product name, the condition will be classified according to our store’s standards as Near Mint (NM) to Near Mint Minus (NM-).
Please note that these classifications are based entirely on our store’s standards.

Near Mint (NM)
Most cards are in this condition immediately after opening the pack. They are in excellent condition.

Near Mint Minus (NM-)
These cards are in slightly worse condition than Near Mint, but not severe enough to be classified one grade lower. They may have minor scratches, scuffs, etc. (including original manufacturing variations).
We treat these as “in excellent condition,” but they do have slight scratches.

*As a general rule, cards that are warped due to moisture absorption or dehumidification, or cards where the print orientation or aspect ratio is determined to be due to manufacturing factors, are classified as [NM] to [NM-].


Excellent Plus (EX+)
Condition featuring small scratches, scuffs, or slight discoloration on the card’s edges or surface. It is believed that a significant portion of the cards circulating in the secondhand market are in EX+ condition.
It is believed that the vast majority of these cards do not have a “Stand” rating.
Unless you are particularly strict about card condition, we recommend these as they are cheaper than NM to NM-.

Excellent (EX)
Condition where the card’s edges or surface have scratches, scuffs, dullness, or small dents.
While not in tatters, this is a condition that most people would consider a “damaged” card.

Played (PLD)
A condition where the card has scratches, scuffs, stains, dents, and some creases.
It’s fine for use in games, but not recommended for those purchasing for their collection.

Heavy Played (HPLD)
A condition where the card has scratches over its entire surface, large scratches in some areas, scuffs, creases, or dents.
While it is fine for use in games when placed in a colored sleeve, we do not recommend it for collectors.

Poor (POOR)
Condition featuring very large scratches, scuffs, stains, creases, dents, tears, peeling, water damage, etc.
Not recommended for those purchasing for collection purposes.

In addition to the condition descriptions above, the following supplementary notations may be added.
Plus (+) The card is in better condition than the listed grade but does not meet the criteria for the next higher grade.
Minus (–) The card is in worse condition than the listed grade but does not meet the criteria for the next lower grade.

Inked
The card shows traces of corrections made with a pen or similar writing instrument.

Signed
A card bearing a signature.

Stamped
A card bearing a stamp.
