I was able to pre-order this at the card store and will almost certainly get 4 boxes.

I will get them on 4/14 and will ship them the same day at the earliest.

I think they are shrink-wrapped because I always receive them at shrink-wrapped stores, but if they are unshrunk, I will cancel the order. (Because it will no longer be in the unopened box.)
