The card has multiple scratches, bumps, edge wear, white chips, etc. The entire black area in particular has scratches and bumps as shown in the image.
There is a long scratch on the "e" of "Pokemon" on the reverse side that looks like a printed line that does not show up to the top and bottom edges.
Please check the condition in the images.
There is a possibility that there are scratches and bumps that are not shown in the pictures or that were overlooked due to reflections.
