It is from Pokemon Center. Upon arrival, we will open the package (by opening, we mean the cardboard it arrives in, not the gym set) and check the contents for any errors, then we will remove any documents related to personal information, etc., if enclosed, and ship it. We will use another brand new cardboard for delivery, not the one sent by Pokemon Center. Please do not purchase if these points are of concern to you. We are not sure if the item is shrink-wrapped or not, but if it is, we will ship it as is. After the transaction is finalized, we can only cancel the transaction if you made a purchase by mistake (within 24 hours of purchase), in accordance with our terms and conditions. (We will not be able to penalize your account in case of transaction cancellation.) In other cases, cancellations (e.g. due to market fluctuations or other personal reasons) and refunds will not be accepted.
We will only accept purchases from those who are able to evaluate the item promptly upon arrival.

The reasons for cancellation according to magi's terms and conditions are as follows. We will cancel your order only if we are unable to ship the purchased item. However, since it is a pre-order item and we do not know when it will arrive, we will send you a notice if we have not received the item within a period of one year after 4/14.
