This is a promo for a Creatures deck that was distributed only to Pokémon card people at the time.
It was a very valuable and expensive piece, but I bought it several years ago at a caddyshop for a pretty penny, but I wanted to collect it. It is currently stored in a safe. I will pack it very carefully with waterproof measures. I will not accept returns to prevent replacement.
