B: Condition featuring scratches, scuffs, discoloration, or small dents
C: Condition featuring overall scratches, large scratches, scuffs, creases, dents, or mild peeling
D: Condition featuring very large scratches, scuffs, stains, breaks, dents, tears, peeling, or water damage
