We basically use mini-letters.
We may also use Click Post or LetterPack.
The packaging for shipping depends on the amount and number of pieces, but we will take measures to prevent folds and water damage.

We do not offer any compensation for damage to the package.
We will not be liable for any damage caused by delivery accidents or non-delivery. Please understand it beforehand. (The only thing we can do is to request to the post office to probe the situation.)

About the evaluation
I will try to make the transaction pleasant for both parties, but I am human, so there may be mistakes or things that the recipient may not like. If you give me a "Normal" or "Darkness" rating, I would appreciate it if you could write the reason why you gave me a "Normal" or "Darkness" rating for future service improvement.
