*Item Condition*
Since perceptions of an item’s condition can vary based on personal preference, we have uniformly classified all items as “used.” For items with product photos, please check the photos to assess their condition. If you’d like more detailed information about the condition, please feel free to ask via the comments section.

※Shipping※
Thanks to your support, we receive many orders every day, so it typically takes 3 to 4 days from purchase to shipment. We ship orders in the order they are received, so we appreciate your understanding. If you are in a hurry, please let us know in the transaction comments.

※Mail Delivery Issues※
Please note that we do not provide compensation for packages that go missing due to shipping issues. If you have been waiting a long time after shipment and suspect a delivery problem, we will contact the shipping carrier. However, even if the item is not found, we regret to inform you that you will still be required to leave a “received” rating. We appreciate your understanding of these terms and look forward to your purchase.
