In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges of items. We will only accept returns if we deem the item to be significantly different from our standards.
Shipping will be done sequentially between 11:00 and 18:00 on weekdays.
If the shipping method is undecided or other, we will use regular mail, Yu-pack, Click Post, or Letterpack. Please note that we basically do not support the specification of shipping method.
The estimated shipping time is 3-4 days, but since we ship on business days during the week, the actual shipping time may be later than the estimated shipping time.
We take measures to prevent folds, scratches, and waterproofing for all shipping methods.
We do not generally offer price reductions. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice depending on market conditions. Please understand this in advance.
