From order to shipping
We will ship items for which payment is received by 10:00 a.m. every morning on the same day.
Please understand that orders and payments received after 10:00 a.m. will be shipped the following day, depending on the timing.

Shipping Method
Single card items will be shipped by regular Japan Post unless otherwise specified. Due to the revision of the Postal Code, it takes about one week on average for delivery. Please note that there is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
If you would like to have a specific record (tracking), please contact us for an additional 150 yen (items over 10,000 yen will always be shipped with a specific record at no extra charge).
Unopened boxes and other items will be shipped by Yu-pack.
We can also handle express delivery, registered mail, etc. for an additional fee.

Packing
For single cards, we will use the packing method shown at the end of the attached image, and for items over 5,000 yen, we will use cardboard boxes to prevent breakage.
For items such as unopened boxes, we will use OPP bags to protect the items from scratches and befouls, and wrap them carefully with packing materials such as Puchi Puchi and pack them in cardboard boxes.

About time sale
We will periodically reduce the price gradually, or randomly reduce the price of some items on weekends only.
