This is a 1st edition Espeon (Kira spec) from "Towns Not on the Map" released in 2002.
It is a rare card with very few numbers on the market these days.
Condition.
For a card over 20 years old, the holographic surface is in good condition, and there are no fatal flaws that would damage the illustration.
On the reverse side, there is a slight white chip on the edge (especially on the left side).
In order to prevent any problems, this item is being sold as "For Play". Please check the photos to confirm the condition of the item and purchase only if you are satisfied with the item.
About authenticity.
This is an authentic item that I myself obtained at that time and kept carefully.
