This item was purchased at an MTG authorized store, and was evaluated for authenticity at a well-known store before being displayed. We have also checked the weight, lights, and dots on the back.

There were no folds, ink, water damage, or anything else that would cause a significant drop in the valuation.

The front side of the book is clean with very few befouls and other blemishes.
The back side is as shown in the photos, and there are some scratches such as white spots, so please consider it for playing at EDH and other places.

I am not sure if this is a good deal or not, but it is a good deal.

I am willing to negotiate on the price if it is a little more or less.
