Definition of Evaluation
Rank A: Appears to be about new.
Rank B: Small flaws are found.
Rank C: Many small flaws are found, or small flaws, dents, folds, or tears are found.
Rank D: Large scratches are found, or many small scratches and dents, folds, or tears are found, or many small scratches and dents, folds, or tears are found.
Rank E: Many large scratches are found, or large scratches and dents, folds, or tears are found, or many small scratches and dents, folds, or tears are found.
