The way it works is.
This is a combo deck that works pretty well with 2 -> 4 -> 7 and can do 4 kills.

The move is Rosaan, which combusts the opponent's Shield with Volmeteus by using Katya's effect to get Katya out with Kirimomi Porcupine, evolving from Mana to Ikazuchi with Izanami Terrace under Katya's effect, and then tapping Katya under Ikazuchi's effect................... Rosa.

For meta card removal, Psychic Heroic Time is also included.
It can win against environmentally competitive decks if you are lucky.
It can beat combo decks with a lot of odds, but luck is also involved.
This is the type of deck that could have won the CS a few years ago, but it is a Lightning deck outside of the meta.
