PSA appraised items may have white chips, scratches, dents, etc., even if they are the highest grade. Also, it is common to find foreign objects in the case. In addition, there may be scratches or fingerprints on the case when it is returned from PSA.
I will describe what I notice in the pictures and description, but I am sure there are things I may have overlooked.
