This item is constructed without some expensive cards in order to sell it at the most affordable price possible.
(Some cards with illustrations before Regulation Mark F may be included, but since they were re-recorded after Regulation G, they can be used in the new regulations without any problems.)
Recommended for beginners as well as for those who want to build a new deck.
