Series

This is an early Secret Rare of the Snubbull Eyeshoe Wight Dragon.
A limited edition of 1000 copies were distributed to visitors to the VJump Festa '99 in 1999.

The envelope has been discarded, but it is a genuine authentic copy that my parents took me to as a child.

Due to the high price of this item, we may reject those with low evaluation, etc.

There is a little bit of frame killer on the 4 corners. Please feel free to comment if you want to know the detailed condition.
If you check strictly, there are some dimples on the top edge of the frame and on the outside of the left hand side, but overall it is a beautiful piece.

Postscript
I requested PSA appraisal the other day (3/29), and it came out higher grade than I expected, so I will raise the price without my permission.
I have nothing to hide, so I will not hide the number or barcode.
