We will send the items by Yamato Transport with a trackable shipping method. If the delivery address is outside of Japan, we will ship by Japan Post (international mail).
We will inform you of the tracking number in the delivery completion e-mail.
If you wish to specify the delivery date and time, you can request it on the official website of Yamato Transport by using the tracking number.
In order to reduce shipping costs and the selling price, we will ship the package as a single package by fixing multiple cardboard boxes from the manufacturer with vinyl tape.
We are unable to provide an accurate answer as to the number of raffle tickets, so please check with the manufacturer.
