[Condition Rating Chart]
If no condition rating is specified in the product name, the condition will be rated between Near Mint (NM) and Near Mint Minus (NM-) according to our store’s standards.
All these ratings are based on our store’s criteria. Thank you for your understanding.

Near Mint (NM)
Most cards are in this condition immediately after opening the pack. They are in excellent condition.

Near Mint Minus (NM-)
The condition is slightly inferior to Near Mint but not severe enough to warrant a full downgrade. These cards may have minor scratches, scuffs, etc. (including those resulting from the card’s original manufacturing process).
We treat these as “in excellent condition,” though they do have slight scratches.

*As a general rule, we classify cards that are warped due to moisture absorption or dehumidification, or those with printing orientation or aspect ratios we determine to be due to manufacturing, as [NM] to [NM-].


Excellent Plus (EX+)
Cards with small scratches, scuffs, or slight discoloration on the edges or surface. It is believed that a significant portion of the total number of cards circulating in the secondhand market are in EX+ condition.
It is believed that the vast majority of these cards do not come with a stand.
Unless you are particularly strict about card condition, we recommend this grade because it is cheaper than NM–NM-.

Excellent (EX)
Condition where there are scratches, scuffs, dullness, or small dents on the card’s edges or surface.
While not in tatters, this condition is likely considered by many to be a “damaged” card.

Played (PLD)
A condition where the card has scratches, scuffs, stains, dents, and some creases.
It is fine for use in games, but we do not recommend it for those purchasing for collection purposes.

Heavy Played (HPLD)
A condition where the card has scratches over its entire surface, large scratches in some areas, scuffs, creases, or dents.
While it’s fine for use in games when placed in colored sleeves, we do not recommend it for collectors.

Poor (POOR)
Condition featuring very large scratches, scuffs, stains, creases, dents, tears, peeling, water damage, etc.
Not recommended for collectors.

In addition to the condition descriptions above, the following supplementary notations may be added.
Plus (+) The card is in better condition than the specified grade but does not meet the criteria for the next higher grade.
Minus (–) The card is in worse condition than the specified grade but does not meet the criteria for the next lower grade.

Inked
The card shows traces of corrections made with a pen or similar writing instrument.

Signed
A card bearing a signature.

Stamped
A card bearing a stamp.
