This is one of only five error-appraised cards in the world, and there are quite a few, 6,606 as of October for regular individuals. It is marked "Missing Texture Error" on the flip in the appraisal section. Normally, the card will be marked EEVEE HEROES. When a card is appraised as an error card, it is marked with "Missing Texture Error".
Since this is an individual with a relief fabricate, there is a possibility of a labeling error on the part of the PSA appraiser. Even so, we believe that this is a very rare card, as there are only five of these in the world.
