This is a Pokemon Professor Program playmat (1st generation black).
This is a rare item that is rarely distributed outside of Umi/Japan.

What is "Professor Program"?
It is a program outside of Umi designed for people who volunteer to referee Pokémon tournaments.
You can earn points for each refereeing session and exchange points for limited-edition Pokémon card-related goods only for a specific short period of time.
To become a proffessor, you must undergo certification, and there is also a system in which your rank is determined by your years of experience.
The "Playmat" is basically only allowed to be exchanged with those who have been Professors for a long period of time, and is a valuable item with a fairly small circulation.

The only thing I would like to see is a new one.
