Specifications found only on cards shipped early in the English version of the card's release, at a slightly higher rate than regular cards,
The way to tell them apart is if they have the year "99" in front of the Nintendo logo at the bottom.
I got them 5 or 6 years ago at a used card store.

It is kept in a dark place in a file.

The old back side of the card has some scuffs and scratches on both sides as it is a card that I played with in my childhood.
The card is in good condition for filing and storage and can be collected without any noticeable tears.
There are no noticeable befouls, scratches, or folds, but the card was purchased at a second-hand store and has been in the hands of someone else once. The collection has been in the hands of a person once, so please refrain from purchasing it if you are concerned about minor chips or if you are looking for a perfect product.
