This item is a set of "Defensive Seal (Early Super Rare version ARS Certificate 9)" issued in Yu-Gi-Oh OCG vol.3 (issued in 1999) and "Certificate of Authenticity" (issued by ARS) certifying the ARS Certificate 9.

About the condition of the item
This is an ARS Appraisal 9-rated Yu-Gi-Oh OCG vol. 3 Early Super Rare card "Defensive Seal".
The card has no noticeable scratches on the front or back, and I believe it to be in more than extremely beautiful condition.
(However, there are some minor scratches that have been there since the opening of the box, which is characteristic of early cards.)
I honestly believe that it is very rare to find an early Super Rare "Defensive Blocker" in the market that is in better than beautiful condition.
This card is actually unused, as I actually pulled it straight from a Yu-Gi-Oh OCG vol. 3 pack back in 1999, immediately stored it in a double sleeve, and never touched it until I submitted it to ARS for appraisal.
However, the condition of the card may be judged differently by each individual, so please check the pictures carefully.
