It has received the highest grade of "10+" from ARS, a Japanese domestic grading company.
(10 is not the highest grade at ARS; 10+ is the highest grade at ARS.)

Although PSA is a well-known grading company for Pokémon cards, it is overwhelmingly more difficult to obtain the highest grade of 10+ from ARS than the highest grade of 10 from PSA.
Scratches and other damage are checked so strictly that it is comparable to BGS's Black La Bianca, which is the most difficult to obtain in the card appraisal world.
