In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges of items. We will only accept returns if we deem the item to be significantly different from our standards.

The estimated shipping time is 3-4 days, but since we ship on business days during the week, the actual shipping time may be earlier than the estimated shipping time.
All shipping methods are folded, scratch-proofed, and water-proofed. (We use a normal card to prevent folding, cardboard to protect the card, two layers of sleeves, zippered bags, etc.)
